We're here to discuss PMI, related insurance and our industry + to cover my own practice for clients and professional introducers. 

As there hasn't been an episode for a while, this is the bumper catch up version and it is almost half an hour long (sorry that I bleated on for so long) with some great additional content. Please stick with it to the end.

We also announce that we're dropping the 'Season' numbering format so this is now plain old ep 48 with only two more to go to the magical 50th - can't imagine how I managed that and I wonder where we'll be by 100 ? That's a scary thought.

It would be worth reading my last few blog posts in May before listening to the 'cast (www.localventure.blogspot.com) as I do refer to them in the podcast.
